Operation Specialist/Customer Service (FT - Grove City)
Location: Grove City, MN (In-Office)
Shift: Full-Time
Job Summary
Operations Support
- Assist with daily branch operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Process incoming and outgoing wire transfers, ACH transactions, and other operational transactions.
- Maintain accurate and organized branch records, including reconciliations and reports.
- Support loan documentation and administrative processes, including filing and scanning.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Provide friendly professional service while accurately processing transactions.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Verify customer identification in accordance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements
- Report suspicious activity or policy violations to management
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and bank information

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, generate, and maintain strong relationships with borrowers, realtors, financial advisors, and referral sources.
- Guide clients through the complete loan origination process—from consultation and structuring to application, underwriting, and closing.
- Match clients with ideal loan products across our broad spectrum of internal bank programs and wholesale broker partners.
- Maintain compliance with federal mortgage banking guidelines and internal company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success as a Mortgage Loan Originator or Broker with an established referral network.
- Strong knowledge of loan structuring, wholesale partner operations, and underwriting guidelines.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Active NMLS registration preferred (or eligible for bank registration under the S.A.F.E. Act).
