1. Program description
Grove Bank (“Grove Bank,” “we,” “us”) offers a text messaging (SMS) program to customers and website visitors who opt in. Messages fall into two categories, with separate consent required for each:
- Account & Security Alerts — for example, suspected-fraud alerts, balance and payment reminders, and appointment confirmations.
- Promotional Offers — for example, new-account promotions, rate specials, and other marketing communications.
2. Consent
By opting in through a Grove Bank website form or by providing verbal or written consent to Grove Bank staff, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Grove Bank at the mobile number you provide. Consent to receive Promotional Offers is never a condition of opening or maintaining an account or of purchasing any product or service. Opting into Account & Security Alerts does not opt you into Promotional Offers, and vice versa.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies; you may receive approximately 5 messages per month depending on your account activity and the programs you have joined.
4. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
5. Supported carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Opt-out
Text STOP to any message to cancel that program at any time; you will receive one final confirmation text. You may also opt out by calling (320) 857-2521 or emailing info@grovebancorp.com.

8. Privacy
Use of the SMS program is also governed by the Grove Bank Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information, including your mobile number and SMS consent.
9. Eligibility
You must be the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided, and at least 18 years old, to opt in.
10. Changes
Grove Bank may modify or discontinue the SMS program, or these Terms, at any time; changes are posted on this page.
